Order tracking

Step 1: Login to Your Account

Visit our website and log in using the email address you provided during checkout. Make sure to enter your correct login credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Account

After logging in, navigate to the “Accounts” tab. This tab is typically located in the top menu or the user account dropdown, depending on your website’s design.

Step 3: View Your Orders

Within your account, locate and click on the “Orders” tab. This is where you can find a list of all your previous orders.

Step 4: Select the Order to Track

Find the specific order that you want to track. You’ll see a list of your orders, and there should be a “View” button or a similar option associated with each order.

Step 5: Access Order Tracking

Click on the “View” button next to the order you wish to track. This will take you to a detailed order page with information about your purchase.

Step 6: Initiate Order Tracking

Look for a “Track” button on the order details page. Click on this button to initiate the tracking process.

Step 7: Check for Tracking Information

If you can’t find a “Track” button on the order details page, don’t worry. Sometimes tracking information becomes available only after your order has been dispatched. In this case, we provide you with a tracking number.

Step 8: Use the Tracking Number (if necessary)

If the “Track” button is not visible or you want to track your order directly with the courier, we provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to track the shipment.
